Co-Curricular Events
The Moreau First-Year Seminar provides you with opportunities to explore course topics beyond the classroom and incorporate them into your practice of living well. All first-year students are required to attend and reflect upon 3 co-curricular events. Students are expected to attend An Evening with the President (Sept 24) and two other events. You may choose two or more additional events. We strongly recommend that you complete at least one co-curricular event before September 30 (in addition to An Evening with the President).
Note: As a part of your exploration outside the classroom, you are also required to complete the Beloved Life Lab and Called Life Lab. Life labs are different from co-curricular events.
Co-curricular events are designed and executed in partnership between the Moreau Program and key campus partners. They are scheduled, communal experiences for which pre-registration is required. Their goal is to help you explore the course topics through reflective, often artistic shared experiences that expand your imagination on the topic. Registration is required and limited for all events.
Explore the co-curricular events inventory below to identify events of interest. Or, use the Calendar View to see all upcoming co-curricular events by date and time.
