Co-curricular Event Registration Questions

Registration Limits

Registration is required and limited for all events. You can view how many registration spots are available for each event on the top left corner of the "Event Website." If the text reads "registration ends soon," the event has reached the maximum number of registrations.

Registration Waitlist

After completing a registration request form, you will receive either:

a) an email confirming your registration. The event will automatically populate in your Google Calendar. Be sure to view your Google Calendar via your NetID Google account. 

b) an email indicating your placement on the event waitlist. If a spot becomes available for this event, persons on the waitlist will be automatically registered on a first-come basis. If you are registered off the waitlist, you will receive an email confirmation.

Registration Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration, return to the email you received after completing your registration request form. This email is from the "Moreau Program" and contains the subject line "You have been registered for..." Within the email, click the purple "Cancel Registration" button. Cancelling your registration allows one of your classmates on the event waitlist to attend in your place. 

Please note: declining or deleting a Google Calendar invitation to a co-curricular event does not cancel your registration.
